Watch Your Tone! Understanding One’s Baseline

October 8 All day

Agile Online – Watch Your Tone! Understanding One's Baseline

Virtual event | Wednesday, October 8 at 11:00 am ET

What do coaches and interrogators have in common? Transferable skills!

Join Charlotte Koch as she takes you down the rabbit hole of body language, linguistic patterns, tonal shifts, and how deviations from your baseline can impact your coaching and your life.

In this session, Charlotte will explore how developing a heightened awareness of nonverbal cues can enhance not only your coaching but also your everyday interactions and meetings. She’ll explain how subtle shifts from your baseline can influence others’ behavior and how adapting your verbal and nonverbal communication can help build rapport and trust with coachees and beyond.

Charlotte believes that understanding your baseline and recognizing when it shifts can help you sense the right moment to act and make the greatest impact. While you can have all the experience and theoretical knowledge in the world, mastering the timing of applying that knowledge is the real challenge.
